Hi! I'm Jenny Lee, I'm a licensed couple and family therapist with over 15 years of experience. My approach is direct, practical, and a little humorous. I love working with couples, individuals (adults), and have diverse clinical experience in a variety of areas.
I am trained in Collaborative Language Approach (Similar to Narrative Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, DBT, Gottman, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART, similar to EMDR).
