They may struggle with anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, burnout, resentment, life transitions, or relationships that no longer feel fulfilling. With almost 30 years experience, I provide psychotherapy for adult women seeking greater emotional wellness, healthier relationships, and a more grounded, meaningful life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative.
As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider, I combine traditional psychotherapy with mindfulness, self-awareness, relational insight, and practical strategies to help women cultivate emotional maturity, improve boundaries, strengthen self-trust, and navigate life transitions with greater clarity and self-confidence.
