Welcome, I am currently accepting new clients! I work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, substance use & gambling concerns, grief and loss, life transitions, and work stress or burnout. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that are hard to change, or unsure how to move forward. Some feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or weighed down by complicated relationships or loss. I also support those impacted by a partner or family member’s substance use. Together, we explore what is coming up, build insight, and identify practical steps toward meaningful change.

I offer a supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I help clients process grief, navigate relationship dynamics, explore their relationship with substances, and manage stress or burnout. Using evidence based approaches, we build coping skills, improve communication, and create lasting changes that support your well being.

Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially during times of stress, loss, or transition. You do not have to have everything figured out to begin.
