I began my career in community mental health, where I spent eight years working across pediatric offices, middle schools and high schools. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by kids and families and helped shape my inclusive, strengths-based approach to care.
For the past six years, I have worked in private practice providing therapy to military members, veterans, and their families. This work has deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the complex emotional landscape of those who serve.
