I have a long history of working with those who have experienced; domestic violence, sexual abuse, trauma, relationship difficulties, sexual/kink concerns, PTSD, depression, anxiety, personality disorders and more. I work with men, women, and couples. I am a person-centered therapist who believes that clients are the experts of their own lives. I am honored to be invited to join my clients on their journey of healing and to offer a judgment free, supportive, and comfortable space for all of my clients to be themselves and explore their goals with me! Starting therapy is scary, I strive to make this a comfortable process.
I have a passion for helping people live their best lives and strongly believe that even though at times, life can make us feel broken. I believe we are never permanently broken! Much like Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing pottery with gold. We are stronger after we break, and the cracks filled with gold, give us more character and beauty.
