I have been in the Mental Health field for over 15 years. I have extensive training & experience using CBT & DBT to help heal depression, anxiety, low self-confidence, trauma, & to improve interpersonal relationships. I use a variety of methods including narrative therapy, skill building, & other interventions to help people move forward.
I am curious by nature & enjoy helping others understand the patterns that keep them stuck in unhappy, uncomfortable places. I enjoy working with people who struggle with transitions, sadness, anxiety, fear, anger, & loneliness to overcome their struggles & regain a sense of purpose & satisfaction in their lives.
