I work with adults and couples to navigate life challenges and improve communication and connection with themselves and others.
My style is eclectic, drawing from existential humanism and psychodynamic, attachment, and other theories to address your individual needs in the moment. This integrated approach helps my clients navigate their unique life experiences and challenges with a holistic perspective.
