I really do enjoy working with individuals and groups and seek to have an authentic and warm therapeutic relationship with my clients. Building trust is paramount to successful treatment and my approach is to start with a more open and conversational tone after assessment. The process will focus on feelings and creating a space to foster more sensitive conversations. My own life experiences have guided me to this ‘feeling work’.
