All are welcome for an open Healing Meditation Circle that meets once a month and is aimed to increase Connectedness to Self, Deep Relaxation, Healing, Empowerment and Personal Transformation. Meetings will be experiential and consist of various forms of meditation and guided imagery. Information and education about stress reduction will be provided to encourage practice in everyday life, all in a supportive and embracing environment. Participants will leave with a deep sense of rejuvenation, wholeness and well-being.
