I am a client-centered, multi-disciplinary therapist who has been working in the field for over 16 years. My experience allows me to meet a person where they are and provide support and strategies to guide them towards achieving their therapeutic goals. I have extensive experience in working with clients affected by trauma, clients suffering with anxiety and/or depression, and couples therapy. I specialize in working with adults suffering from depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, grief or parenting issues. In addition, I enjoy working with couples to improve relationship issues and communication. I specialized in trauma therapy during my graduate program and have since worked extensively with clients who suffer with trauma and it’s effects.
