2026 is here - the start of a new year can be a good time to address patterns that are not working for you anymore! As a therapist I provide support as you navigate stress, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, pain, academic or work transitions, relationship challenges, or past trauma. While these experiences may seem overwhelming, there are ways to relate to these them and to make sure they you still move forward with the things that are most meaningful to you.
I also offer mental health evaluations in English, French and Spanish for immigration legal cases.
I strive to set a warm, inclusive, affirming and curious tone. Sessions focus on identifying what truly matters and use creative techniques to move in that direction. Working together includes noticing types of thoughts and emotions that may hook your attention and building up practical skills to stay more focused, present, kind and accepting of yourself.
