I have experience working with five-year-old children and older experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, and stressors, with a specialty in helping adolescents and young adults. My therapeutic approach is individualized and tailored toward cognitive behavioral therapy and client centered therapy.
