Welcome—taking the first step toward mental health wellness is a meaningful & courageous decision. I am here to support you on that journey. I bring a strong foundation in professional counseling, having earned my Master of Science in Community Counseling in 2010 & completing my Post Master’s Certification in Professional Counseling in 2024 from Mount Mary University. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training under supervision, my approach is grounded in person-centered and strength-based principles, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, & Multicultural counseling.
I have experience with grief counseling, life transitions, women’s issues, and have supported clients facing various personal and relational challenges. My goal is to offer a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to help you find meaningful solutions tailored to your unique circumstances. I am currently working at Attention and Learning Center LLC.
