As a licensed professional counselor I provide clients with a safe space to share their concerns, struggles, or challenges. Together we will work to identify issues, past and present, with the goal of stability, healing and empowerment. Offering a holistic perspective, I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, trauma and addiction (i.e. substance/alcohol abuse/dependency).
Other areas of practice include working with the LBGTQ+ community and parents and children. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma to infertility, relationships, or simply struggling to manage daily stress or recent change, I can help utilizing a strength-based and client-centered approach with treatment tailored to one’s unique needs
