My goal is to provide clients with a safe space to be seen, heard, and validated as we work collaboratively to identify and implement effective communication, healthy boundaries, and other tools to better manage day to day stressors, anxiety, life transitions, and improve overall wellness. I especially have a heart for those who have experienced abuse, anxiety and depression.
I work with individuals, couples, and families. Models I use include Family System Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman's Couples Therapy, EMDR, and other techniques.
I use practical and individualized approach with each person. I believe that working through the pain in our lives is one of the hardest and most rewarding things we can ever do. It is an honor to walk with those who have decided to take this step.
