I believe healing happens when we care for the whole person- mind and body. In my work , I walk alongside people dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery and codependency. Together, we explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect, and we work on building healthier patterns that support lasting change. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of how to move forward, I offer a safe and supportive space to help you heal, grow and rediscover hope.
I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Martins College, Lacey, WA as well as a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Washington School of Professional Psychology, Seattle, WA. My primary theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I also utilize other modalities as best suited for the person.
If you are carrying the burden of past experiences, please know this; you are not alone, and you don't have to keep fighting this battle by yourself. I understand trust may not come easily. My role is to walk with you, at your pace, offering a safe and grounded space where your story is heard with respect and without judgment.
