I work with first-generation Latinos, high-achieving women, executives, and entrepreneurs — and bicultural and biracial individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, complex family systems, burnout, and identity shifts. My approach is trauma-informed, IFS and EMDR-informed, and rooted in cultural humility. Services offered in English and Spanish.
