Hi Everyone, I look forward to seeing you at my new group practice Mental Health Advocates, LLC. There you can connect with me or my supervisee Miles Kenny. There we can still complete Adult ADHD Testing, Executive Function Counseling, general anxiety counseling, and more.
If you work with Miles, you will get two for the price of one. I was once a new pre-licensed counselor and so I love to pay it back to my profession by helping new counselors. And Miles is awesome.
Either Miles or I can complete the ADHD Testing. We aren't quite billing to insurance yet, still working on that, but we can give you a superbill to self-file.
As a Health Psychologist I focus on helping people create change. Whether that is through discovering your executive functioning issues, completing ADHD testing, or in your relationships with solution focused brief couples coaching. My goal is to give you new information, new skills, and an opportunity to create the change you have been wanting.
In marriage/relationship coaching I use different therapy modalities such as CBT, REBT, and Motivational interviewing. You will be doing homework outside of sessions. My goal is not to "save" a marriage/relationship, but rather to give you tools to be able to communicate and make the needed changes yourself. You do the work with me as your guide.
