As a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I work with individual clients in the diagnosis and treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders and addictions. I work with a diversity of people to better understand their personal psychology and behavior, resulting in new options and positive outcomes. Additionally, I offer assistance for couples struggling with infidelity, communication, conflict resolution and resentment.
I specialize in relationship dynamics including but not limited to marital, premarital, sibling, and parent-child. I have worked extensively with teens and families in crisis. Through my work, I have assisted many clients struggling with depression, anxiety and addictions.
I offer my clients insight, experience, support, and a belief in the possibility of improving both quality of life and relationships.
