We use a variety of techniques that are tailored to meet the needs of our clients with a special interest in self esteem/self worth issues, codependency, NPD & unconscious programming. Some individuals are unaware of limiting thoughts, beliefs & memories and stay stuck. Trapped trauma and unconscious programming plays a major role in mental & physical health problems as well as interpersonal relationships. In addition to psychotherapy we offer a unique & transformational experience called Zerobody Dry Flotation to aid and accelerate the healing process and to re program unconscious programming (one's blueprint of self and life).
Areas of specialty include: Healing trauma & unconscious programming, unlocking limiting thoughts & beliefs, Imago Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mood & anxiety disorders, Codependency and NPD, substance abuse/dependence & alternative/integrative therapies such as dry flotation with Zerobody.
