My own search for healing led me to learn about and eventually receive training in energy psychology and hypnotherapy. I found these techniques helped me with releasing past traumas and other blocks to my living a more authentic and empowered life.

I combine elements of Intentional creativity, Tapas Acupressure Technique, mindfulness and heart centered practicess with my clients, helping them utilize their own strengths and inner resources to overcome the barriers that get in the way of their happiness and living a more fulfilling life.
