At times life can be overwhelming and it is difficult to know where to turn for help. Circumstances may seem out of control and do not make sense. Seeking support from a compassionate therapist can be useful. As a therapist I take into account the whole person and help you through your concerns. I offer a non-judgmental, supportive environment for you to express your full experience. I want you to feel safe knowing that you are being listened to and valued. I use a combination of humanistic, interpersonal, Mindfulness, and CBT techniques to help clients meet personal goals. Developing coping and mindfulness skills are approaches I use to help access untapped strengths and possible missing pieces for positive change.
My clients are 18+ Adults and Elders. I enjoy the whole-life developmental process & believe we seek understanding of our lives at every age. I have experience in anxiety, depression, pregnancy-related challenges, trauma, Advanced Care Planning (Healthcare DPOA), and more. I value empowering my clients for positive change in life.
