I work with children, adolescents and adults that are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, adjustment disorders and school concerns. I have experierience working with those struggling with substance use disorder in treatment and recovery. I also served in the U.S. military and have a wealth of understanding of what challenges there can be for the service member, their family and children during and after military service.
I use a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Coginitve Processing Therapy (CPT) and person-centered therapy to fit each client’s unique needs.
I believe in a collaborative approach and recognize the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance with clients. I work to create a safe, comforting environment to provide clients with a space to be their most vulnerable selves.
