Finding a therapist can be a daunting process. Although there are many great therapists out there, it does not necessarily mean that each one is the right fit for you. With the belief that the relationship between client and therapist is central to growth and healing, my style is nurturing, client centered, collaborative, and empowering. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to support my clients in becoming more grounded and connected to their whole and authentic self.
While I have specialized training in treating children ages 0-5, school aged children, and adolescents, I also work with families and adults to support you in creating the life and relationships you desire. Additionally, I provide parent coaching services to help parents and caregivers discover and become the type of parent you want to be.
My approach is unique and holistic, tailored for each client's individual lifestyle and needs. I am also trained in EMDR as an additional tool to support clients in working through anxiety or processing trauma. I provide office, telehealth & in-home services.
