My lead speciality is working with couples who want to restore trust, connection and intimacy. I see clients in person in my CT office and happily offer video therapy for those outside of driving distance. Multi-hour sessions offered for those couples wanting accelerated change.

I have devoted my post grad trainings to knowing what works when you’ve hit a relationship impasse and knowing if it’s time to move on. I offer a 60 minute first session so that we can get to the truth of your needs and develop a plan.
If you prefer a head nodding therapist, I’m probably not for you. I am compassionate, kind and direct. Although I am clinically research based, don’t be surprised if I crack a joke occasionally as therapy should feel like a really good conversation. You will feel progress within just a few sessions. I truly give the kind of therapy I would want to receive.
