My approach is best described as integrative. Primarily I gravitate toward cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal & existential theories. It's been my experience that mindfulness skills, motivational interviewing, & DBT- informed care techniques are also extraordinarily helpful in assisting my clients in creating the change they wish to accomplish.
