I use Q-EEG guided Neurofeedback, Biofeedback and more to create a personalized plan for my clients. We start with an intake session, and then a Q-EEG brain map (in many cases) to gather information about how the brain/body is functioning. After we review the results, clients can begin training. Most clients start to notice positive changes within 10-12 sessions, though more may be needed.
