Counseling is not a means to an end, rather the beginning of a process to ongoing well being. Change may on occasion be easy and quick. More often times change can be slow and frustrating as there are no "magic pills" or instant cures. However you can learn helpful new ways to look at your problems.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I work with individuals, families, and groups. Typically the clients I see are struggling with complications associated with facing stressors in work, school, and intimate relationships. I particularly enjoy working with younger children.
I am available for appointments Monday-Friday. I offer evening appointments by request.
