I work with couples who still love each other but feel distant and lonely, even when they are together. You may be stuck in the same arguments on repeat, rebuilding trust after an affair, or walking on eggshells. Often the conflict runs deeper than it appears. Family wounds from a painful childhood, emotionally immature parents, or patterns that were unnamed but always felt show up in how we love, fight, and shut down. Together, we'll do the careful work of finding your way back to yourself and each other.
My approach draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), IFS-informed parts work, attachment theory, and somatic practices. We will slow down to notice what's happening beneath the surface and build your capacity to stay present. I bring a warm, attuned, and collaborative style, meeting you where you are as you reconnect with what matters.
