My approach is direct, supportive, and focused on real, lasting change, not just getting by, but actually feeling like yourself again.
My style is authentic, direct, and grounded, with a healthy dose of humor. Therapy does not have to feel stiff or clinical to be effective. I create a space where you can be real, talk honestly, and feel understood while we actually do meaningful work around your anxiety or any other life stressors you are facing.
