As a therapist, my approach is rooted in authenticity with a healthy dose of humor. You’ll quickly see that I’m laid-back, approachable, and always ready to share a laugh. One of my core values is creating a space free from judgment, where you can truly be yourself. Additionally, I am an anxiety specialist. Why? Because I also have experienced anxiety.
