I am a licensed clinical and Forensic Psychologist for the past 9 years. I currently work at Family Psychological Services providing psychological evaluations and testing in children, adolscents and adults for attention, learning and memory problems. I specialize in individual, family, and couples’ therapy for all ages and utilizes cognitive -behavioral as well as solution focused, psychodynamic, and object relations interventions. I also have many years of experience with risk assessment and psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults and is a skilled diagnostician and treatment planner.
I have worked in many varied settings and with many different populations including working with juveniles in the criminal justice system, sex offenders in an intensive outpatient treatment program, individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders in an outpatient treatment setting, individuals with extensive trauma backgrounds and PTSD symptoms.
While comfortable and experienced with working with all ages of clients for either therapy or psychological testing, I have a special affinity and expertise in working with adolescents and transitional age youth, especially those with trauma histories, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, anger, and acting out behaviors.
