You may be living with chronic pain or illness, ongoing fatigue, anxiety that shows up in the body, lingering grief, or the effects of trauma, your own or what you’ve witnessed in others. You may have already talked about these experiences in therapy, and still notice that certain emotional or bodily responses stick with you. Rather than something needing to be fixed or released, this work offers space to gently attend to how stress, emotion, and meaning are experienced in the body over time. It's not about pushing you to revisit painful memories or relive past trauma, but about supporting balance and awareness in the present.

I am a somatically-informed psychotherapist. I specialize in working with people living with chronic pain, chronic illness, complex trauma, grief, and end-of-life concerns. I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity questions, compassion fatigue, and burnout.

My approach is integrative, focusing on how thoughts, emotions, relationships, and nervous system responses interact with mental health. I offer psychoeducation, tools, and practices that support emotional resilience and self-understanding alongside, not in place of, medical care. Sessions are available for clients throughout Tennessee.
