About
In my practice I value wellness for the mind and body. A comfortable and safe environment is my priority, as we work towards meaningful personal and relational changes together. I will come alongside you to guide you and to support you with healing, growth, self acceptance, and intentionality. I have extensive education in stress and trauma treatments and women's issues, and my experience over the last 10+ years is in connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, identities, experiences, and locations. I currently live in Tulsa, OK (Osage and Muscogee Nations) with my husband and family. I work with those in NY and OK.
All sessions are provided via a video conference platform. I would be happy to talk with you to determine if this would be a good option for you. I have been providing therapy, education, and consultations online for many years and am skilled in providing therapeutic services virtually. Connecting and communicating will be simple, comfortable, and convenient

Somatic Wellness for Women
Our live video groups are focused on learning about nervous system wellness and regulation, as well as on group support and connection amongst women. This group is ideal for those wanting peace and focus in their days, as well as more connection to their bodies, energy, and ability to empower and heal themselves. We will address concerns with self-esteem, anxiety, and stress, amongst others. The $240 fee will be paid for 6 weeks in advance to maintain group size and will open again every 6 weeks.
