I specialize in ADHD and neurodivergence, trauma and shame, anxiety, depression, identity, and relationship concerns. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative, with affirming care for LGBTQ+ and ethically non-monogamous clients. Together, we’ll build self-understanding, self-trust, and change that fits your actual life.
I’m less interested in what’s “wrong” with you than in understanding what’s happened to you and what you’ve had to carry. If you’ve carried too much for too long, therapy can be a place to set some of it down. I bring warmth, curiosity, and my real self into the room so you can feel truly seen, heard, and safe being yourself.
