Many parents reach a point where they feel overwhelmed, unsure what to try next or simply want their child to feel happier and more confident again. If that’s where you are, you’re not alone and support can make a meaningful difference. I provide a warm and supportive space where children and teens can express themselves in ways that feel safe, natural, and understood.
Using Child-Centered Play therapy with younger children and a supportive, relationship-based approach with teens, I help young people process emotions, build confidence, and work through their challenges. My goal is to create an environment where they feel accepted, heard and comfortable being themselves.
I also understand that when a child or teen is struggling, parents often carry a heavy emotional load, balancing school concerns, behavior challenges, family stress, and social pressures.
