I have helped both children and adults confront their challenges using a variety of different therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. I help clients develop healthy techniques for dealing with their struggles in a non-judgmental and safe environment. I also offer Equine Assisted Therapy.
I understand how difficult it can be to seek and find therapeutic services for many personal struggles in life. My therapeutic approach is genuine empathy and care for the clients I work with, and I look forward to helping people make progress in dealing with the struggles they face in their lives.
