I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. With 26 years of experience in the Social Work field and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for healing and growth. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
