She also is trauma informed, placing emphasis on the 6 principles of TIT, which include safety, trustworthiness and transparency, collaboration and mutuality, empowerment, voice, choice, peer support, and awareness of cultural, historical, & gender considerations.
Jennifer works with adults 18+, focusing on concerns inc. anxiety, trauma, PTSD and C-PTSD, ADHD, grief, bipolar disorders, OCD, stress, burnout, parenting/relationship/sexual concerns, narcissistic abuse, childhood abuse, and religious trauma.
Jennifer utilizes evidence-based treatments, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness therapies.
