I specialize in working with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD/ADD, learning disabilities, depression, anxiety, trauma-related behaviors, bullying, and medical challenges. I offer individual therapy, family therapy, and collaborate with clients' support teams (e.g., schools or medical providers) when needed. Additionally, I have both personal and professional experience supporting the geriatric population and their families/caregivers as they navigate life transitions and medical challenges.

I integrate several clinical approaches to meet my client’s needs by utilizing Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Play Therapy, Family Focused Therapy and Whole Person Therapy.

I understand that attending therapy is a vulnerable experience for my clients. I have a strong belief that treating my clients as a whole individual by acknowledging the client’s culture, beliefs, and background within a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
