Welcome! I am so glad you are here! I have been practicing counseling since 2004 and work with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, grief, trauma and relationship issues. I believe that we all have the capacity to change and that change happens in the context of relationship. Some of the most meaningful seasons of personal growth are born out of the most difficult of circumstances. Seeking help can feel overwhelming. My job as a counselor is to help clients navigate these difficult situations so they find the way forward.
I love working with individuals of all ages, especially women struggling with anxiety, self image, and depression. I am passionate about helping individuals feel heard and develop healthy coping skills. My other areas of speciality include trauma and grief. I am EMDR Trained and currently completing advanced trainings for certification.
When we meet for the first time we will spend time talking about what brings you to counseling and your goals. Together we will start to take the steps to becoming your best self. My approach with clients is warm, inquisitive and collaborative. I aim to help clients feel safe and engaged in the counseling process. I am looking forward to meeting YOU!
