I specialize in depression, anxiety, and trauma and will use an eclectic approach to therapy based on your individual needs. This could include improving your self-awareness, self-worth, emotion regulation, assertive communication, and/or relationships.
Sessions are held in-person or virtually at Sakura Holistic Counseling, LLC. I am open Sundays and Mondays from 3pm-7pm. I take most Kansas Medicaid plans or self pay, which can include FSA or HSA. If I can be a part of creating a safe and supportive place for you, please reach out and let me know.
