The decision to seek therapy requires courage, along with a commitment to personal growth. By collaborating with clients in a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space, I help clients achieve their goals, address all aspects of your being - mind, body, and spirit- and learn healthy coping skills.
I work with adults of all ages who are dealing with trauma, the effects of traumatic brain injury, anxiety, depression, infertility, and family issues. I have 22 years of experience working with the military and veterans. Additionally, I spent many years in community practice, working with many different ethnicities, cultures, and issues.
I am passionate about the work I do and about helping others. I offer a free 15 minute consultation so you can decide if I am a good fit for your needs. You will be trusting me with very personal information and I strongly believe it is important to feel comfortable with your therapist.
