I am a licensed psychologist who enjoys working with people struggling with anxiety or panic, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have special interest and experience with LGBTQ and ethically non-monogamous/polyamorous folks. I also offer ketamine assisted psychotherapy and integration. I have been trained in a variety of treatment approaches, but feel most strongly influenced by psychodynamic theories. I find that understanding patterns of thought, feeling, and relating and taking new ownership of them can create real change in one's work, relationships, and emotions.
Choosing the right therapist has much to do with finding a good relational "fit." Sharing one's private thoughts and feelings with another is hard work, and to facilitate that work I provide an empathic, collaborative, and interactive presence.
My goal is not only to help the people understand their relational patterns and their impact on others, but to work alongside them in making tangible progress toward their short and long-term goals. Please see my website for more information and feel free to email me with questions!
