My goal as a therapist is to create an environment where you can speak your truth! This means, having a space that is safe, collaborative, and empowering. I want you to feel seen, heard, acknowledged, and have your truth present in each moment. I use interpersonal and cognitive behavioral approaches in therapy, as well as, self-compassion practices.
