My style is warm yet direct, engaging, and infused with compassion, empathy, and even humor. My approach is person-centered and integrates Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness, through a stregths-based and trauma-focused lens.
