Hello, my name is Jennifer. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping young professionals and parents in their 20's-40's rebuild their confidence, self-compassion, and resilience. I offer a collaborative, conversational approach to treatment that weaves exploration with practical, evidence-based coping skills. I earned a Master's in Counseling Psychology and license in Marriage and Family Therapy. Through my experience, I have supported adults, adolescents, children, and families with issues around life transitions, anxiety, depression, personal boundaries, communication, parenting needs, and access to community resources.

There is no "one-size-fits-all" in therapy. I collaborate with my clients to find a unique and individualized approach that empowers you to recognize and build on your personal strengths. Welcome! During this 12-week Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills group, members will learn mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. This group is ideal for adults who are looking manage stress, improve communication, and feel more present in their day-to-day lives. If this sounds like you or you have questions, please feel free to reach out! DATES: Tuesdays, September 3, 2024 - November 19, 2024. All genders welcome! LOCATION: in-person in Fremont, CA COST: $900 for 12 weeks, private pay only. Important: This is a psychoeducation group and NOT therapy. Participants are required to have their own therapist.
