With more than forty years of experience, I have helped individuals work through some of life’s most difficult and overwhelming circumstances. I specialize in trauma-informed counseling for those impacted by workplace and personal trauma, disaster-related events, traumatic loss and grief, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, and combat stress. I also have extensive experience supporting women through unique life challenges and transitions.
