DBT 6 month skills training
My groups run for 6 months utilizing the DBT Skills 2nd Edition Manual by Marsha Linehan. Please email me at jenspencerlpc15@gmail.com to reserve a spot and for any additional information. Group is limited to 6 participants. Sessions are $50 each and insurance is not accepted for group services. The group will meet on Wednesdays from 11am-1230pm. This group meets in person. The next group is forming with an expected January 2026 start date, please email me if you are interested. Individual DBT skills training can also be offered, please email me if this interests you.

Building Self Compassion
We will be utilizing the Mindfulness Self-Compassion Workbook by Kristin Neff to explore how to build and cultivate a more compassionate version of ourselves. This 12 session group has topics including: what is self-compassion; developing loving-kindness for ourselves, living deeply within our values, and letting go a resistance toward self-care. Accepting ourselves, building inner strength and thriving are all goals of this group. This group is now forming for a start date in February 2026, please email me if interested. The cost of the group will be $75 per session, book can be provided electronically.
