My name is Jennifer King, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Nurse who specializes in helping adults who are facing these challenges. I work to provide a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings, gain clarity, and work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
In our sessions, I use an authentic and collaborative approach grounded in Positive Psychology, Humanistic, and Strength-Based methods. I also incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and work through negative thought patterns and develop practical coping strategies to support you in daily life.
In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on building trust, untangling what’s troubling you, and determining how best to support you in your journey forward. I will create a space of ease and connection, where you can feel truly heard and understood.
