With 20+ years of experience and along your journey, I am available as a companion for understanding, healing, and seeking opportunity to explore your potential. I specialize in understanding and solving the life problems of the individual adult (18 and up) which may cause depression and anxiety. I am interested in identifying and solving the issues which cause life and relational problems and am invested in helping people resolve challenges also stemming from traumatic incidents and grief/loss.
